  This is my gym! I love it, not just because of a convenient location, but because it is intimate and personal and not the kind of place you need to 'be in shape' to go to. It never feels crowded but at the same time the trainers are up to date on the latest and best way to utilize your time. The facilities are new and fresh and fully equipped with anything you may need to have as comfortable of an experience as possible.
  The SED workouts are targeted towards the group but also individual. Trainers are really great with their commitments towards the group training sessions or time slots, so you develop a relationship with the trainer which benefits everyone in the long run! Receiving help with health, gym and food inquiries is what makes this gym as great as it is. You are not a number, but a person who they greatly care about and want to make sure your life and wellbeing is at the best in can be physically!
