With the change to Coop, I can see that there is confusion and frustration among staff and customers. However, I can say that Cheryl is wonderful! Customers in this area of retail sales (myself included) could be frustrating to work with but she is always very helpful. I am beyond thankful to interact with someone who CARES :)

Downhill after sale to coop. Takes forever to buy something because their computer systems are slow and they never have stock of essential supplies. They hired new staff after the sale but never trained them. This is the only company in town covered under AADL which is frustrating.

I went to this store to buy a brace. When I walked in there were 3 ladies behind the counter. Not one of them acknowledged me. They couldn't even be bothered to look up and see the person that came in the door. When I asked where the braces were, the one lady couldn't be bothered to even lift her arm to point. She wanted me to wait for someone else. I'm not going back.

I've had to go here a few times to pick up bandaging supplies for my horse (WAY cheaper that buying through the Vet clinic). Each time I've been there the store hasn't been very busy, I've been able to find all music supplies and checkout within 20 minutes.

The customer service is really bad. I never know what to expect when i go in. A few times i have left upset because they had to reenter my info or they were not able to figure out what i wanted. I go in every month to get pick up supplies and I dread every visit.

This store is a very well established and quite a busy place. They've been in business for over 10 years during which I have been a client and watched them grow substantially into the company it is today. With a broad selection of services, and diverse multicultural and bilingual staff who are all well versed in the medical industry they are able to meet the needs of any patient or client. They have some of the best equipment rental rates in the city, 5 dollars a week for most items, which is way less than what other people are charging. On top of that they offer free delivery in the city even for large equipment like lift chairs. They are a government registered vendor for Alberta Aids to Daily Living and even do on site repairs for things like walkers. Due to the busy nature of this place, you may have to wait in line but hey where don't you nowadays. Over the years I've seen them make a lot of improvements and since I know the owner I know there are more to come. The most important thing is the company obviously treats their employee's well as they are very happy friendly people that will give you service like no other and not up sell you, but instead make sure you get the absolute best product for your needs. I recommend this place 100%.
