I visited your new home site and saw a glaring problem as I walked in the front door. No one thought to check the width of the doors to accommodate an electric scooter for the handicap. Not only was the glass door to narrow with no protection of the door where the wheels touch it but when you enter there is less that five steps for the scooter or wheelchair to turn to get properly in the credit union as there is a staff member sitting there doing business with a client. Not sure , why this was not corrected by credit union officials, engineers or Port Coquitlam inspectors prior to opening, but it needs to be corrected so all your clients can have access to the services.
It was nice to be greeted by all the staff and they were efficient as usual.
