Received a cake for my birthday from here. Was quite dry. Flavour was mediocre and there was too much sugar.

I have had cakes, cupcakes and hot dog and hamburger buns from Cloud 9 and they are the most fantastic Gluten & Dairy free baked goods I have ever had!! My allergy list is long but they never shy away from making it how I need it made, even with my allergy to coconut! They rise to the challenge every time and rock it!

What they do well: crackers, croutons, savory buns and dessert bars. Baking mixes are great, fun and easy. Cheesecake squares are fantastic.
The "just ok": bread (too gritty and squeaky), dessert loaves (too sweet, not enough flavour), and their all purpose flour.
The bad: cupcakes and cakes (way to sugary, bland flavours, too much xanthum gum so you get a tummy ache), and that God awful bacon cheese scone (why is it sweet?!)
Would love to see some seasonal varieties in the goods offered (pumpkin in fall, berries in summer etc), and different items from time to time. I don't go that often as I am bored with what they have. I will continue to support them as it's tough to have a gluten free bakery.response / report this review -

My daughters and I were looking for gluten-free cupcakes to give as a birthday gift so we decided to check out Cloud 9. We're glad we did because we ended up trying their other items as well. We were able to try some of the cupcakes, the Nanaimo bar, and the peanut butter balls. Everything was so good! It was an added bonus that the owner was very nice and accommodating :) We will definitely be back!

Just an update, the treats especially the cakes are great same for their bread. The cinnamon buns, read on the cinnamon buns, which were really dense..maybe just use to normal cinnamon being fluffy and recently being told I'm celiac..But all there other treats were great..moist and light full of flavour

Because of the very nice reviews on google; I have ordered a chocolate cake for my anniversary and specifically I told to make it very little sweet. But when I received cake it was not decorated well. Was not looking as I have expected even after paying a high price. Other thing I haven't felt any difference in taste from Walmart cake which are 1/3 in cost. Even walmart cakes are more decorative. It was total disappointment.

I just bought a cheese and bacon scone and thought it would be tasteless. It's amazing. I'm shocked. I have never tasted anything gluten free that tasted good. This is the best scone I've ever had!

Donuts, muffins, peanut-butter chocolate bites, garlic bread. Gluten-free and dairy-free! Reasonable prices. Homer Simpsons: "Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwh" (drooling). Nothing more to say.

I did really enjoy the baked goods. The bread is not great however. It is really gritty and was very expensive. 8.50 a loaf. Baked goods were amazing though!
