I regularly take my dog to Pet Cuisine and Accessories for grooming. The groomer is approachable and professional and is a mind reader for exactly what I want.

The store staff are similarly professional and knowledgeable about their products not to speak of how friendly they are! Can't recommend enough.

Absolutely love this store, and great items in stock where Big Box stores such as Petsmart and Pet Value lack they have! We got a great Canada Pooch jacket and snow suit, service is always friendly and helpful.

My Wife and I purchased a GoDog Squeaky Toy for our Airedale from Pet Cuisine. We purchased on line and the toy was available for pickup the next morning. Finn loves his GoDog Ducky!

We tried this place out for grooming after a series of terrible grooming experiences. Jessica is an absolute gem. She definitely made our dogs feel really comfortable because everytime they see her, they'll happily follow alongside her and would never look back at us. Not only does she provide a comfortable environment for the dogs, she does a tremendous job when it comes to bathing and trimming over the years (pictures as references). Apart from grooming, I like how Pet Cuisine's supplies are narrowed down to only decent pet brands, but still has a great variety of it. Their staff for pet needs are always so helpful, and they'd go out of their way to help you if something you wanted here is soldout. Theodore and George (the store's cats) are a big plus to visit too! Hands down my favourite pet store in our local area.

Best selection of food and supplies. They carry brands not found at Pet Valu or Global. Staff very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great place to shop!!

Walked in randomly one day and have always gone back since. The selection is bountiful. I decided to use the grooming services and absolutely fell in love with the results (We've been back numerous times) Both groomers are very caring and excellent at what they do and the store staff is always attentive, knowledgable and very kind! The cats are also a reason to come back all in itself !

I had such a bad experience with my wife when we visited this store. We wanted to buy a new collar for our puppy. My wife checked the price tag on the product and decided to go ahead and purchase it. I paid the product with my credit card and left the store. One minute after, when I checked the electronic receipt they sent me I saw they charged me almost double. So, I went back to the store and asked for a refund. They said they don't do Cash refund (Company policy); also, they mentioned they are rising the prices so they only offer a credit store. The representative called my wife "ignorant" because she did not agree with the way they were acting against a consumer request.
I replied I am not requesting a Cash Refund, I am requesting to refund my credit card transaction. I had to talk to the manager via phone call for over 20 min in order for him to finally accept their mistake when I mentioned my wife was 35-week pregnant and stressed because of the situation. Overall, this store has such a bad customer service. I do not recommend them at all.

The worst experience ever! The price on the product is one and when you pay is almost double. When I checked my electronic receipt I saw they charged almost double and I asked for a refund. They said they don't do refund (Company policy) and they are rising the prices. The same collars in the store are on the price tag $10.99 and they charged $20.33 taxes. They only offered me a credit store. The representative called me "ignorant" because I did not agree with the way they were acting against a consumer request, stating they are changing prices, and they cannot refund my credit card transaction because they do not do "cash refund" when I just ask to refund my credit card. Very bad customer service. I do not recommend this store at all. I am 35 weeks pregnant after more than half an hour argument they gave me my money back I almost went into labour there such a bad time!!

My dog looked so horrible coming out. I showed a picture to the groomer of how I wanted it cut and it looked nothing like it. She completely shaved his ears off so he looks like he has no ears!!!! She claimed it's because he is matted but I took the time to brush out the mats on his ears before his visit so thats not possible. His hair is also uneven all over, there are long pieces left on his legs and paws. She did the job in ONE HOUR?! How does it take so short if he has mats?! Even a dog with no mats the appt should take longer because you need to properly comb a dog out before cutting and washing. He's had worse mats with other groomers that were able to make him look amazing regardless. I am so upset and I am never returning again.

Management just replied to my review- JERK responses. He said I could've asked to speak with a manager but now he will not give me a refund or reduced price since I already left, not even considering that they asked me to pay BEFORE seeing my dog and that I was so upset I just wanted to leave. He then, lectured me about how the groomer had to deal with mats and therefore had to shave everything off, which is UNTRUE. His ears were NOT matted. I made sure of that because I know from experience what groomers will do if they are. WHAT A LOUSY response. These people should not call themselves a business because they don't know anything about customer service.

I used to only shop and groom my dogs at big brand pet stores but when I found Pet Cuisine that all changed. They have a wide selection of food that is always in stock. Their grooming prices are amazing and the groomer is even more amazing. All the employees I have come in contact with are very knowledgable and friendly.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and the products they carry are all high quality. I know they help support local charities so you know they really care. You just cant get any better than this!
