  Billah Associates made me send them all my tax files and then mention they are booked for next few weeks. Could have mention from the start they can't take care of my tax filing sooner.
  
  After mentioning their poor customer service, they had the audacity to tell me that "I am new to Canada". Very unprofessional and racist.

  Mr. Billah is highly professional and his customer service is excellent. He is a patient listener, his knowledge on tax details (including the latest updates) is very impressive. He dug out some of the details from our tax issues, which I was not aware of. This was a great relief for us. I wish him more success and highly recommend him for tax related affairs.
