There is a huge assortment of flowers and plants here. Seasonal decor as well. Staff is knowledgeable and prices are fair

Parkway is one of the happiest places to shop at. The staff here are always wonderful to work with. There is often a cat. The cat is awesome. Also, I grow orchids and I've found some of the nicest orchids pots here. It's so bright and colourful and full of endless beauty. And it smells damn fantastic

I love Parkway Gardens. Having recently taken up an interest in plant care and maintenance (and thereby buying more and more plants), I have relied heavily on the knowledge and experience of those at Parkway Gardens. They're always friendly, incredibly knowledgable, and the selection of plants/planting accessories is beyond imaginable. The facility is beautiful and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I purchased 5 tropicals from Parkway Gardens in July 2016. I had also purchased ceramic pots for each of them for a total of $567.00. Since purchasing them I have had to throw out two of them and the remaining 3 have been separated from the other plants in my home. They are all infested with bugs and almost dead. I called today and was told " sorry " we can't do anything. I was not expecting a refund, nor was I expecting a replacement of all the plants, however, I would have expected something to be done. Parkway has been really good over the years, I have always had a good experience there, but I am reluctant to go back because of this past experience and hope that others are treated differently.. Thank you for the response. I did use pesticides and botanical soap in the first 30 days of purchase. I have many other tropicals at home and none of them have this issue? It's really too bad. Every spring I am there buying perennials, you guys do our wooden baskets for us, and I'm guessing I spend roughly $1000 each year. This is the first time I've ever had an issue and your not willing to budge. There are many other garden centres that will be happy to take my money and I truly will miss you guys!!!! Good luck!
