So made reviews here My personal experience is they have been friendly and helpful. I don't go during peak times and I won't wait in line to enter, but when the store is open and not crazy it's been a good experience.

Which time? First time, my husband waited 10 minutes while 2 associates chit chatted and totally ignored him. Second time, be bought my anniversary gift, rose gold earrings, necklace AND 2 rings, and management gave him attitude about wrapping it and today I went in to exchange a gift, without a receipt it was a gift, and I waited nearly 10 minutes with my 2 yr old for the AM to come out of the office. I left before she ever surfaced.

DO NOT GO. Waited 2 hours in line during the sale today. Asian sales associate said her friend had an appointment today, and butt the 20 people waiting in line. They spent the whole time chatting and spent well over an hour looking at charms. Majority of the sales associates are unprofessional. Go to White Oaks instead - always good service there.

AWFUL customer service by the cashier please find a new one! yesterday I tried to buy Christmas gifts and very angry and repulsive attitude about giving me an extra gift bag since I had 2 separate people to give them to and the same lady a year ago did the exact same thing. GO TO WHITEOAKS PANDORA INSTEAD!!
