Cassandra was lovely she offered to help after my son and I asked an on duty supervisor for assistance named Nick and he told us to find someone else in those exact words he was very abrubt and seemed put out by us asking. I approached him on my way out and said that there was another he could have handled it if he was busy giving him the chance to revive himself and he looked at me then turned away and went back to what he was doing. I was so disappointed in my experience we drive all the way across the city so my 7 year old can have the excitement of renting a movie.

The only problem with this place is that it isn't closer to where I live. As it is I still travel across the city regularly as it is such a joy to shop in and walk through. Wonderful staff and selection. Can't speak highly enough about it.

I love renting movies from Jumbo Video! From the free popcorn to the fabulous selection, it's like a trip down nostalgia lane. I visit a few times a week and have yet to find any desired movie out of stock. 10/10, would recommend!

Awesome place. Game center is one of the best places to get games and trade in games. Some of the staff seem clueless as to what is going on, and when it gets busy, some become quite rude, but otherwise it's an awesome place.

Awesome place and great staff! Everyone is super cool to talk to and they really know their stuff. I learn something about the history of a video game or facts about some new releases everytime I'm in there.

If late night trips to Jumbo Video don't make you happy, I'm not sure what will!
