  Excellent service. We went there specially from Kitchener around 9.30 pm which is pass there last call time; but owner still accommodated us.
  We were warm welcomed by the staff and food was super delicious as always and fresh.
  Owner himself checked on us many times and made sure if need anything else.
  
  Recommend highly if your looking to enjoy food and best service.:)

  When we typically visit the paramount in Mississauga, the service is excellent, but this time the experience was completely different here. We were repeatedly ignored by one of the waiters, and when he finally noticed us calling for him, another customer called him, looked at us, and then went to them without ever returning. They returned very slowly with the salary check. The meal is excellent aside from the delayed service.

  UPDATE- after a good while of trying to get a hold of the owner, she was able to rectify my issue by providing me with a free entree. Again, the food from this location is great, hopefully the service can keep up from now on. Thanks again to the owner for taking accountability. Updated to 4 stars.
  
  Ordered a pick up order from this place via phone. The woman working the front and answering the phone was rude to begin with (still ordered because I was in a rush). Got to location, the same girl said “how can I help you” I said “I’m picking up an order I called for” she said she will check on it. She came back like a couple seconds later and was like “can I help you?” In a very rude tone and I looked at her because she literally just asked me what I’m here for. And again she said “can I help you???” I repeated that I was there for a pick up order and cashed out. Went over to the pick up area and waited for my food. While my food comes up, another lady says “hold on I’ll get the machine” and I told another woman that I had already paid, to which the first woman said “oh you paid?” In a questioning tone. The food was good, but the customer service is absolute trash. Won’t go back just because of that interaction.

  I had the mixed grill platter with my family a few days ago, the cook on the meat is fantastic and is seasoned appropriately. The hummus is to die for, forgot how many times we ordered more. Staff is also helpful at times and listened to our requests. Would definitely come again!

  There were 4 of us girls in total and did 2 Mix Grill Platters plus pizza and it was not enough. We ordered one with rice and the other with fries. The sides were barely enough for two people. We've eaten at a Paramount Restaurant before and 2 platters were more than enough. The quantity shouldn't change eating in/out. I called the manager today, Omar, and all he said "this is the portion, but I will see who was working and find out. I'm sorry about that". Didn't take my information or anything. :( DON'T DO TAKE OUT from the Queensway restaurant.
