It was so nice to find a place that was easily accessible. The amount of places on Whyte Ave that I can't access with my wheelchair is disheartening and makes me feel unwelcome in the area despite living nearby. Roots was clean, spacious and welcoming with some unique businesses.

The staff here are all so kind and welcoming! Their office has a very calm energy, it’s quite relaxing lol. They’re always quick and efficient!
