  One on one training. Prices a little cheaper than the more popular chains.
  Mirela and her staff really had a vested interest in making sure you succeed. And believe me you will succeed!
  They have flexible payment plans and also offer nutrition counselling and a meal plan journal.

  The BIGGEST perk about my job is that we get THREE group training sessions a week! All the staff are so friendly and like a family. I have had personal training at other facilities in the past, however, Elite offers a personal touch, they keep you motivated and on track with your goals! Thank you Elite Team! :)

  As a youngster i was pretty keen on all sports, but really loved team sports growing up like basketball, rugby, hockey, football etc
  After Uni i stopped playing all sports due to a few sporting injuries and because of the demands of work and eventually a family. Now as an older man living with my family in Hong Kong, i really missed playing sports! but the nagging injuries, ill discipline and laziness had made me physically, someone i could never had imagined i could be, a person who was overweight, inflexible and had no fitness whatsoever!!
  Luckily a friend put me in touch with EPT and i went down to their studio in Wong Chuk Hang and had a chat with the Nathan, the head trainer and founder. He explained that he worked with allot of people like myself, who had previously been very active but due to injury or lifestyle have lost touch with exercising all together. so we planned out a program that would help me reach my goals through corrective training and hard work.

  I've been a client at Elite for two years now. It's been a transformative experience. This is one of the best steps I've ever taken towards personal improvement, and a great investment in my health and well-being.
  
  I enrolled initially for weight management, but the benefits have evolved to be much wider than that: increased strength, improved balance (especially important as I age), greater endurance and a better diet. It's a positive place - all trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I look forward to my workouts at Elite - they're a highlight of my week.

  Training at Elite has changed the way I feel about working out. I have had memberships at various gyms for over 10 years and have worked with about half a dozen personal trainers during that time. I have never had the kind of success with any of those gyms or trainers that I have had with Elite! I have re-shaped my body to be more proportional through the training sessions and with the nutrition. I have lost pounds and inches and feel really great about myself.
  The staff at Elite are incredible! Every client is greeted personally when they arrive and all staff members make an effort to get to know every single client. Despite their "chisled abs and stunning features" I'm not intimidated by them as they are all friendly, encouraging and very motivating.
  If you want excellent results in a comfortable environment, Elite is the place to go!
