  These security people didn't seem to have a basic courtesy and professionalism training and were treating people rudely and unprofessionally.

  I am applying for job with Paladin from long time. I received their call few weeks back and I am not available at that time to respond to that call. The hiring team left a voicemail and I tried to contact back but she didn’t left any email through which I can contact her. She didn’t respond to call and wish she left a email as it would be better and easy to communicate with her. Need to improve and work on hiring team.

  Last week, I went to the Vancouver General Hospital. The service of the hospital was good but the only thing about there which was so bad ( paladin security). There’s a one guy named N Gupta in paladin security. He was so rude and he don’t even know how to talk to the patient. Please teach him, otherwise the goodwill of paladin will be in danger.

  The most useless security company ever!
  TELUS uses them for their alarm monitoring. Alarm was triggered today and NO CALL!!! When I called, two times they hung up on me and the third time they tell me, their is no emergency phone number on the account. I called TELUS and they confirmed two emergency phone numbers on the account. What a useless company. BE AWARE!!
