Walked in looking not a day over 20. 15 minutes later, they have me out the door looking 40. Who wants a receiding hairline? Thanks for the nothing, gotta go invest in a good hat now I guess.

I used to go here regularly. I was one of their first customers. Now it seems it is more suited to non English speaking middle eastern people. Not a problem but I don't want to get Mo, the owner, to translate my haircut requiement to his employees every time. Now I go to Good Fellas a few blocks South. It's just easier.

Good if you want a crew cut with a fade because that's the only way they'll cut your hair even if you tell them you want something else.

AMAZING experience with this barbershop! Beautiful haircut, friendly service and VERY competitive price (15 dollars tax included - I've never seen this anywhere else). I very much recommend this barber for anyone, especially Western students since it's so close to the university. I especially recommend Mohammed, so friendly and so talented! Thanks so much to the entire staff!!

I take my 1 year old son to the north location (Hyde park) and I am always so impressed with how patient they are. They always manage to give him such a great haircut even though he isn't the best at keeping his head still.
I would be nervous to go anywhere else. Thanks guys!!!!

To all the people saying that this was the best haircut they have ever received You have never had a good haircut before. Going here is the equivalent of getting a haircut from your uncle who owns a trimmer and only kindof knows how to cut hair. The gentleman I dealt with was nice, it didn't cost much. But, wow, there is a serious lack of quality with their cuts. A good indicator of the quality is the time it takes them from start to finish, which is approximately 15 minutes.

Quality of hair cut and service is lacking. I've gone here a twice when it was convenient, but I would only choose this place if you don't have any other easy options.
The barbers don't speak very good English. This complicates you giving them instructions as well as their ability to cut your hair the way you want. I have a pretty easy style, but both times I really didn't like my hair after getting it cut here.
If you don't mind feeling awkward as your hair gets cut, and constantly keep an eye on your hair to make sure they are cutting it the way you want, then this place would be ok, but honestly I would rather just go somewhere else most of the time.

I've been getting my hair cut there for years and I've NEVER had a bad hair cut. Great service, excellent price, and always fast. Although they are busy most of the time, I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes, yet never felt rushed out of the chair either. TOP NOTCH!
