  Very slow service tonight. Took an hour from order to entree. Do not order the sirloin, edible but low end diner quality. Mistakenly ordered it twice now, forgot I had it the last time which is why I most likely did not return till now. Actually wanted the prime rib but was warned it was medium well. Wondering if the kitchen staff are having issues. Everyone was pleasant as usual. Did not want to complain while there and ruin my wife’s birthday dinner

  A family favourite! The food is always fantastic but the service is beginning to slip again seems to happen this time of year at this location. The server we had was good except for the fact she was not very well versed in the menu. Turns out we ordered an app and then the NEW entree listed for dinner problem being the entree was the exact same as the appetizer just over a bed of rice + $6 more. This was very frustrating! Server knowledge is key!

  I've known Milestones for a while, and I can proudly say that it is still as great as it has always been. Waiter was very friendly, service was fast. The food was great (for me). I ordered the Naked Burger and garlic cheese breadwhile my father and grandmother ordered the chicken club with no bacon. My burger was great and filling. The garlic cheese bread had a bit too much bread but was delicious nonetheless. My dad and grandmother's chicken clubs (as told by them) had not much chicken and kind of a bland taste. Another aspect that was outstanding was the calm, classy atmosphere.
  Would recommend for high quality, casual dining. Especially with friends.

  Staff and service were great, but very little/nothing in the way of vegan options for two of our dining guests, and two separate meals at the table had to be returned (brown lettuce in salad, missing toppings in omelet). Mgmt saw dishes remade and waived the costs, which was appreciated. Still a bit of a let down though having more than one dish needing to be returned.

  We were visiting London and hoped to have a good meal and spend the evening talking with family. We were impressed with the food. It was delicious, but the restaurant was so loud that we couldn't hear each other talk without yelling. It was as bad as East Side Mario's. The music was very loud even though it was nice music.just too loud. So I am sorry to say we will not be back.

  Unbelievable service! Thank you Jordan for making our anniversary dinner feel so special. Food was amazing as well. Not a single complaint. Will definitely be back soon.

  Overall I had a great dining experience. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. It helped that I went on a Wednesday and ordered off their Wednesday Date Night menu (2 meals for $50). The restaurant has a nice atmosphere for special occasions or casual dining. And our server was excellent and really made us feel comfortable. I will definitely come back again.
