I am currently living there and I have to say I am so disappointed with my living experience there. First, the building is very old(although it look new and nice), problems occur so frequently such as fuse get burned easily, water shut down frequently, and doors are so hard to open in the apt due to rustiness. Second, The working staff in this building come to ur room to maintain stuff or check something anytime regardless of what time is it and what are you doing, which is very annoying. Third, the key for underground parking lot works so badly, it is very insensitive. Every time we want to go in the parking lot, we need to wait in front of the door trying to open it for 1-2mins.
