  The lady was not wearing a mask, dropped our flowers on the floor, and still used them. Didn’t ask us what vase we wanted, or inquire on any preferences about the arrangement. Then tried to charge me $160 for a dozen roses. Safeway has a great floral selection - probably a better choice.

  I ordered flowers for my grandma after my grandpa passed away recently and lady who I spoke to was wonderful. I gave her a price point and told her alittle of what I wanted. I live in Winnipeg too and was kinda unsure as I don't know floral places in Edmonton but i would definitely order again. The flowers were beautiful and made my grandma happy during a difficult time

  I placed an order from Ontario and I wanted to send the love of my life something special on his birthday. I had a special request..I wanted to send him a single flower, but also a cupcake on his birthday. Baked goods aren't something that Opal's normally does, but I asked if she could please go buy a single cupcake to include it with the flower. Opal not only did that, but she went above and beyond with packaging it so special, and even adding a happy birthday candle without me even asking❤
  They delivered it out within the time frame of before my baby was going to work, and despite him not answering his phone for 30 mins the delivery driver was so lovely and patient, and they made sure he got his special delivery. Opal made his birthday so special by going above and beyond, and I would 100% recommend this flower shop to anybody in the Edmonton area. Thank you again🙏🙏so so much.

  I just wanted to leave this review to show a huge amount of respect and thanks not only to the business for taking an order from Ontario and delivering it on my birthday, but most of all to Darren, the delivery driver. I unfortunately had my phone on silent and as this was a surprise I had no idea to expect anything, and when I finally got around to checking my phone to see how long longer I could lay in bed before work, I notice he’s been trying to reach me for a HALF HOUR. I panicked and called the business instead of him and she said “yes there’s a delivery for you from a special someone who thinks you’re super special!!”
  
  And I ran down and he greeted me with the biggest smile, glowing with positivity and zero malice for having to wait for so long (especially with the weather) and I just have so much appreciation for someone who can withstand waiting that long for someone and still just be so positive and professional. Kudos to you Darren, Opal’s.. and most of all, my special someone who went above and beyond to arrange this for me, I love you Hilary aka Flower Fairy 905 Chapter. 😜 ❤️🌹
