My 8"x16" double wide heavy wooden sectional garage door broke a side lifting cable while opening effectively holding my car hostage inside the garage until the door could be repaired. I called and spoke to Sandy who quickly realized my situation. She rearranged their daily work schedule to accommodate me. Carl and Kevin arrived early the next morning and had my garage door repaired and operating within the hour. They were friendly, quick and professional. Check out your drivers on a recent "Dashcam Lessons" video on YouTube. It is the first clip in the video posted Jan 23rd around 12pm. Your drivers/employees can be seen creating reckless, obscene and dangerous situations on the highway. If this is how they act on the street no way they're gonna come into my house. Would not recommend.
