These two were found on Iroquois Cranberry Growers Road. The first is an intact male and the second is a female. They had no ID with them.

I’m still trying to figure out your roll as advocates for animals I understand that you have to treat all people with the same protocol. I understand that you have to assume that the dog ended up in your care for a reason but I am here to vouch for the breeder of the puppy (who came to claim him) that had injured itself, not in her care but in the new owners care. She loves all her animals! She would absolutely do right by them. And it actually says a lot that she still remained in contact with all the new owners of her puppies for updates on how they are doing. She even started a fundraiser to help the woman afford the surgery but she could only do so much from afar with little to no control. Please consider releasing the puppy to her. It would be in amazing care with her.

Why would you not allow a breeder to do the right thing and get their puppy back they produced because a person they trusted it let a vet take the pup and that vet dropped it off with you guys! And she was willing to pay for that puppies surgery and get it done BEFORE you guys could!!!.

We adopted two cats from them in October 2015 and our lives have become so full of love! The people who work there are extremely friendly and willing to answer all your questions. They lent us the cages to take them home in (we were still just looking!) and followed up with me multiple times after the adoption to make sure everything was okay and I had no concerns. They also called proactively when they discovered the vet that had being doing the spaying surgeries on their animals hadn't been using enough glue to seal the incisions which may have meant we could have incurred additional costs and complications with the one cat. Our cat was fine but they were amazingly professional and made sure that if there was any costs that were incurred because of that, that they would pay for them.
The facility was extremely clean and I cannot stress how amazing adopting an animal from them. We will definitely be coming to this location to adopt again in the future! The price you pay is also extremely noteworthy -- in addition to having the cats we adopted already spayed and neutered, they had already received all their shots (due to their age) and you receive their first vet visit for free (covers the actual charge of the visit only), samples of food that last for several days, and tons of coupons for pet value that include a free full sized bag of food too. I cannot say enough good things about the OSPCA and we will definitely be back in the future when we're ready to adopt again.response / report this review -

I adopt Howie (tabby) three years ago ? He's awesome car. Fishing with family. Al ways by my side. Whirligig (calico) adopt 2018. She is doing good. Both cats get along like brother n sister. Whirligig isn't aggressive it's like she has been abused in the past. Doesn't like her head touch. She has been letting me make more n more of a fuss of her each day. Gain the trust. Happy I got these cats. Staff didn't think whirligig wood be ok. But I'm good with animals.

Amazing staff and the centre was immaculate Adoption was so smooth and we were sent home with everything we needed. Even weeks after adopting Kiwi ( now Jackson ) they were there to help with issues ( now resolved ) I was so impressed. Thank you for our new addition and the care you give to these babies.

I adopted antros ( lakota as we call her) from the shelter on the 10th of january and I couldn't be any happier! The shelter was very clean and well kept ! Staff was amazing and friendly ! And you can tell these animals receive lots of love !! Thankyou so much!

We visited the shelter last week and were very impressed with what we experienced.The dogs for adoption were in excellent condition and the staff were so very helpful and patient with clients.We will continue our search for a new member of our family with the help of the Bracebridge branch.

I have not been there yet, we live in Penetanguishene and are on in years.
We visit the animals here at our Midland Branch often. We and our kids always have had rescue dogs and cats. I lock into your branch often, it looks like a great place. We hope to visit as soon as the weather is better, we kind of fallen in love weith Heidi. What a darling doggie that will be for us "older" folks.response / report this review -
