Gateway has taken over this casino and has turned it into ghetto casino. The machines have been slowly jacked up and the pay outs are minimal at best. The floor supervisors walk around like pit bosses and are just puppets. Gateway talks about building a new casino but it will be run like this one. Having a waitress follow you to bring your date a drink is insane. Just because you cannot be in the possession of two drinks at one time. Don't waste your time, make the drive to Windsor.

The service was great: very friendly, courteous staff. The noise level was fine, and the decor was nothing special but nice enough. I had the salmon which was good, served with a third of the plate of corn, and another third fries. It was a lot of filler, for an overcharged plate. The meal was good, but it wasn't worth the price. If you're peckish in the casino, it'll do the trick I suppose.

I feel since the new management has come in the restaurant has gone down hill. I had wings and they were DRY. Deep fried to nothing. The waiters did well. The hostess was almost non existent and the table cleaners did a half ass job

Go with some frequency . Restaurant is good and reasonably priced . Staff is super friendly Bar rules​ are a bit stiff One drink at a time.. 2 max per hour 10 max over a visit . Tons of slots kept up to date No live dealer games but electronic BJ, roulette Free coffee , soft drinks . easy free parking . Pretty entertaining in moderation

Great place to gamble and waste money. But great facilities. Nice heated outdoor smoking area. Restaurant is also excellent and great value for price.

Came here with friends to celebrate a birthday. We were denied as a group because the guard checking identifications said one of our friends (the designated driver, who was pregnant and sober for 6 weeks) was showing signs of intoxication due to her "small eyes". My friend is of oriental descent and took extreme offence to being denied because of the size and shape of her eyes. We went back in to speak to the supervisor about our complaint and all she had to say was "the guard decided not to let you in, and it's extremely busy tonight, try again after 24 hours". It's bad enough to deny someone because you falsely accuse them of being intoxicated after weeks of sobriety, but to blame it on such a irrelevant aspect, of which one cannot control such as their eyes, that is absolutely ridiculous and should not be demonstrated or even tolerated by a government facility.

I went in at sat down at one of the slot machines. After a few pulls, all these lights started flashing at me, it started making weird noises, the screen started flashing JACK POT JACK POT JACK POT!!!! and the machine started spitting coins out at me. All of a sudden these 3 employees started walking towards me, I was scared that I broke the machine so I ran out faster than I ever ran before. I'm so sorry I broke your little toy machine. Please don't sue me.

Changed carnival ride promoters. Everything changed. All beloved aspects of the western fair are gone. :(
Not even close to the level of fun just 3 years ago before the change.

Fun, entertaining and a great place to go with or with friends. I'm just as comfortable going myself for a time out. The food is great, staff are extremely friendly. Thanks OLG for great experiences.

Fun place. Good rewards, and the food in the getaway restaurant is amazing. Great buffet.
Free pop, coffee, used tea in the casino.
Also very impressed by the new management s plan to ungraded to live dealer tables soon! Can't wait!response / report this review
