  Only went into the lobby by mistake. Got confused with Chateau Nova Hotel up the road. The lobby was nice and the front counter people were ver friendly.

  Very friendly staff, convenient location, large room and comfortable beds. Great fireplace, with limited kitchenette (microwave, toaster, kettle). Utensils, plates, glasses and all other basic kitchen tools included. Bring powerbar if you have multiple electronic devices.

  Absolutely disgusting , Pubic hair all over the toilet , then pubic hair on the rim of the coffee cups obviously the cups were cleaned with the same cloth as the toilets. Yuck! Notified the front desk of the issue was immediately moved to another room, which was no better , cups dirty, beds looked laid in , and lets not forget the massive fecal deposit floating in the toilet.( and I fixed the cables on the TV) By this time I had just finished a 9 hour drive , it was well after 10:30 / 22:30 and my three year old needed to sleep. I got my disinfecting wipes from the car and cleaned the bathroom and touchable surfaces went to bed. The next morning expected some compensation, I was insulted with $10.00 off my bill . OH and I watched the cleaning staff wash the dishes from our old room in the sink and use the same cloth again to clean the toilet and the dishes. So I have written to the manager lets see if anything is done. And I will not be staying there Again! very disappointing.

  My room was dirty. Food on the floor and brown stuff not flushed in the toilet. Obviously cleaning staff is insufficient.
