After reading a review listed I felt compelled to also write a review of Northwest Stove. Having run a business myself for over 25 years and knowing that you sometimes have to make hard decisions that will not please all the people all the time. Sometimes our front line workers take the brunt of the storm. Google reviews often give a bias, emotional snap shot report of an experience that someone has had. Our business has dealt with Northwest Stove for approx. 10 years now and we have always found them to be fair, accommodating and helpful. They have always been willing to go the extra mile to help with our needs or situations that arise. I would, and have recommended them.

The worst customer service a person could ever experience. Don't believe me? Call and ask for Dawn.
Never before have a dealt with a miserable company as this one.
There are better suppliers in Vancouver. I STRONGLY recommend using anyone other than these bozos.
