Had to go there 2ce today. I had forgotten some paperwork, but the woman (with gorgeous grey bob hair) who helped me was so courteous and helpful, explaining what I needed to provide and why. Even letting me know if I arrived back, I wouldn't have to wait in line again.
Once back, there was no line and the new person attending me was very pleasant, even though she delivered news of added fines. She was very kind to me and what could have been a very negative experience, turned out to be a better day.

I had a very bad experience with one of the attendants. I recently had my driver license expired. The attendant asked for a proof of address. I brought her a bank statement, which she did not approve. Then i waited until receiving my letter through mail. And again she refused it. Then she asked for a rental agreement. Upon providing the latter she asked for a notice of assessment.
WHY MAKE IT THAT COMPLICATED!!!!
I then went to the oxford location where they were pleasant and renewed my license with minimal hassle.

Go to a different registry. I have been going to registries around the city for years for our business. Anytime we need commissioner of oath stamps registries charges $20 for up to the first five documents. This registry charged us per document and only told me after they charged my Visa. Look at their rating, it speaks for itself. I shouldn't have came here.

Hay guys let me tell you how Daniel examiner is with new drivers and how it goes with him, He will make you very nervous before you even get in the car with him he’s very very strict unprofessional very rude and will never pass you unless you are a very good driver and have a good experience of driving otherwise you will never pass don’t ever go to him I will never recommend him to anyone ever. And he was very late for his appointment

MIHAELA was very nice and accommodating. She helped me and my son with the documents we needed. She was courteous and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. She knows her job too well and we never wasted our time going to this registry. We will for sure come back to this registry.
