It felt like the dentist was just trying to get me in and out as soon as possible - she didn't have great bedside manner, so I ended up walking out confused, discouraged, and feeling lost most of the time. Not only that, but when requesting procedures, I wasn't informed that my insurance had denied one of the procedures, so I had to pay out of pocket for it. The receptionists and nurses are nice enough, but I won't be going back.

Dr. Norrie and Michelle were excellent with my 3.5 year old daughter! They made her feel so comfortable and they explained everything so she would understand. Overall a wonderful appointment!

my visit with Dr. NORRIE today was amazing..he made me feel very comfortable and talked me through my anxietyfree of extra medication $$.

Back in the mid 1990’s I had a bad dentist experience and swore off going for a few years.
Then I made my first appointment with Dr. Pappas. It was the best decision I ever made.
I have been going for semi-annual check ups and have had lots of procedures performed for the last 20 years or so.
I do not have one complaint to date.

Amazing experience as always (or at least as amazing as going to the dentist can be)! Have been going to see Dr. Pappas for the past 20+ years. The staff is always friendly, professional, and definitely put you at ease. Would highly recommend Chancellor Dental :)
