good service, very happy with the end result, Had a few issues along the way, Nisby corrected any concerns in a very timely matter. I would recommend Nisby , fast friendly , quality service and the best Quote I got .

DO NOT HIRE THIS GROUP! I am a senior (widowed) in my late 60's and had reached out to NISBY due to the numerous TV commercials that say "IT PAYS TO GO WITH A NAME YOU KNOW". Jim from NISBY came out and provided a substantially lower quote (then other groups) to prep and paint my entire home exterior. What followed next was an experience that I do not wish upon anyone.
Shortly after the painting was complete (and NISBY was paid), a large part of the stucco fell off and the paint started to peel from around my windows. I reached out to Jim from NISBY and asked if he could come out to inspect the work. He said he would be out the very next day.well, he never called back nor did he ever show up. I called him again, and again left a message. Still he did not show up. I cried.
Two years later (Sept of this year - 2017) the phone rang, and low and behold it was NISBY calling to see if I needed any ADDITIONAL work done on my home. I told the person I was still waiting for Jim to call me back to review the poor workmanship NISBY did 2 years ago. The person said they would look into it and HUNG up on me before I could confirm Jim's contact number or if he was still was employed by NISBY.
Now that I am connected to the internet (as of a few days ago) I feel I need to share my experience with others so they can make an informed decision. Pictures do say a thousand words. Please take the time to review mine before hiring this group. God bless.response / report this review -

Beware their salesmen, very aggressive and pushy to get the contract signed. We felt forced into signing, after a couple more quotes we realized they weren't even giving us the deal the promised. We called two days later to cancel which they said they will process, meanwhile the salesmen call me back and keep me on the phone for 20 minutes at my workplace telling me why wouldn't I get my windows replaced, don't I want what's best for my family/bills/etc. Very aggressive and wouldn't let me off the phone even when I told him I was at work and needed to do my job! Management phoned back and told me the cancellation went though, that'll be $200 for admin fees. HAH! We sent them a follow-up email stating they can't do that to us and they dropped the fees.

I called Nisby when I discovered my roof was leaking into my house. They responded very quickly and replaced my roof before any further damage occurred. I'm very satisfied with their service and quality of work.

Clean and efficient job done on my Eavestrough, Soffit and Facia at my house in Southwest Winnipeg. Easy scheduling and timely execution of the quote, job and clean-up.

We had a horrible job done by these clowns. Several leaks at every inside corner of the house. they said it would take 2 days but it took 3 weeks, half way through it rained and leaked into the wall and was all leaking in the basement through the main floor. No doubt the wall is full of mold. When they came to fix the many problems when i was not home they squirted some silicone in the corner and sucked my wife into signing a paper saying it was A ok, and left in about 10 minites. The styrofoam insulation has big gaps and i now wish i had never called them and continue to have MANY PROBLEMS which they blame on the kaykan siding not their lame work.when i went in to discuss this with them i felt very threatened with the 4 a holes, the owner ,2 clowns who did the work and even the salesmans getting in my face screaming. The nightmare continues. P.S. Go with stucco. NISBY SUCKS!

If I could give this company and -10 stars I wouldn't Nisby home renovation is a poor company poor workmanship they do shoddy workmanship they don't do the work themselves they subcontract all the work out to contractors, my friend and I have had some windows done and doors done by Nisby they did not replace any of the Rottenwood they did not seal the windows properly and with the doors they did not replace them properly where they have left gaps open and the doors Are bowed out on the frames which make it hard to open and close the door when opening and closing. they had sent people back numerous times to fix these problems and they still cannot get the job right. My other friend had a roof done by Nisby Afew months ago and they subcontracted it out the people that showed up did not know what they were doing were the roof leaked a week later and and took the company a week to do the roof were my neighbours had their roof done and It took a day to do it.All the bad reviews that you see on the Internet about Nisby are 100% true. if you feel like wasting your money having a big headache arguing with sales staff trying to fix the problem. That there contactors fucked up on then this is the company for you. Avoid this company at all cost shoddy workmanship, they don't know what there doing. rude sales staff if there's a problem. But there sure happy to get your money

I wanted to buy a storm door and have it installed. They said someone would get me a brochure with styles and prices. I've waited over 1 1/2 weeks and no one has called me.
