Wish you could give it 0 startsReceptionist (Donna) was super rude very unprofessional and not helpful one bit made me feel like I was wasting her time during the conversation will not be booking here for anything due to unfriendly service from the start.

Dr. Minuk went above and beyond my expectations. His clinic staff are friendly. He left me wanting more !!!! He is so knowledgeable in different techniques and products. As well as so gentle !!!! I am absolutely thrilled with my results. I hope to see him again soon !!!!

I've had my lips done by Dr. Minuk twice and I'm always so happy with the results! I've always been self concious about my lips and Minuk has changed that! Everyone tells me that they look so natural and many don't believe me when I tell them that I've had them done! Excellent work! I'll continue to go back and get them done with Dr. Minuk!

Sat in the office for a minute, Dr. Minuk walked in and said yes, this is what it is, we’ll remove that right now! And just like that, done!

Fantastic service. Anyone suffering from hyperhidrosis NEEDS to look into getting the botox injections. It completely changed my life! No excessive sweating and swelling in my hands for 6 months at a time; Yes please! Very affordable as well with MB Health covering the procedure and health insurance covering most of the prescription :)

My experience at Dr. Earl Minuk 's skin clinic was a wonderful one. I found the staff and Dr. Minuk informative, friendly, helpful, and overall pleasant. I've been a client of theirs for years, and I will recommend him to anyone interested in treatment.

High hopes dashed! I lost a total of 5 lbs, 2 inches under the breasts(around the rib cage), 1 inch around the waist and 2 inches around the hips. I spent a lot of money for very little loss.
I was not promised any amount of weight loss or inches lost. I had to sign that there was no guarantee.
I met with Dr. Minuk once. There are no studies at the present time that prove any health benefits to the cool sculpting procedure. This was my question to the doctor. Understandable, I was willing to take the chance.
The ladies who performed the procedures for the cool sculpting were all professional and kind. I was very aware of what areas I was having done and on one of the sessions two of the spots would have been missed had I not been aware.
The only method of fat measurement is by a scale to get your total weight and then pictures.
I am very faithful at working out and getting my exercise. I lost more weight when I cut out sugar and gluten, then I did with the cool sculpting. I wanted to give the cool sculpting a try because I was looking for permanent weight loss.
I had asked for Dr. Minuk to respond via email when I went in at the 3 month period for pictures. I was disappointed by the results. I was never contacted.
I wish you all well with your choices. In hindsight, I would not do this procedure.response / report this review -

Giving this place 4 stars solely just for Julia. Dr Minuk is skilled at what he does he's not the most pleasant person to deal with. He is very impatient, will rush you through, and cares more about getting his $$ than anything else. That being said I'll continue to go back because he is very skilled and I had a WAY better experience here than at First Glance. Plus Julia is awesome!

i visited dr Minuk a while ago, didn't have time to write a review
Was totally unsatisfied with the customer service of the whole clinic
Receptionist a pretty rude on a phone, putting you on a hold for 10-15 minutes, what is that
left a message a couple of times with some concern nobody didn't call back, so i left message saying that i want to book appointment for treatment-and received a call right the way.how you can explain that customer service.
The Dr Minuk himself-very unpleasant guy.I came just because of his big experience and planned to have professional consultation, but didn't give me any chance to talk, interrupted me after my first sentence and asked-SO DO YOU WANT BOTOIX TODAY OR NOT
so all that clinic looks just one big manufactory, nobody actually care about real clients problems, they just want to swipe your card and don't care even after the treatment to call to ask how are the results are or something
I will never never go again to that place
horrible customer service, overpriced , forehead only cost 450$, and the most disgusting is his attitude and relation to clients!!!!response / report this review -

The one on Meadowwood has HORRIBLE customer service. Only called to inquire and the receptionist that picked up was so unprofessional and rude! Absolutely disgusted, will NEVER go there and will tell everyone not to either. Sadly cannot review on the service as I haven't have anything done there but I am absolutely turned off and will not try there due to first impression I received.
