  I am a senior, and for the first time ever I decided to buy a "good" pair of runners due to my hip conditions. Emily was so helpful and informative, thank you so much as I stand here pain free after walking in them today.

  I bought my first pair of "perfect fit" runners yesterday off a very lovely petit girl with dark hair and glasses! She made me feel so comfortable trying on shoes when I have a wide foot and have in the past been embarrassed to find shoes! I love my new runners and will be coming back to this store for my next pair too!! Thanks for the great service! 👍🏼

  I have foot problems, and New Balance footwear work great for me. I have been wearing New Balance walking shoes for 20+ years. The staff in Langley are great, and they know their products. Not the cheapest shoes out there, but they are well made and come in different widths and half sizes! It really like the waterproof runners/walking shoes (Gortex liner) as does my wife. Perfect for our west coast weather😀

  The new balance store. Cant offer you cleats.. Where else should I go to buy new balance cleats if the new balance store doesn't carry them themselves? Wtf new balance. You drunk.

  Alex runs a tight ship at this store. As a result, the team exhibits professionalism and pride in providing quality service is what anyone looking into fitness apparel needs. Further to that, the New Balance brand has been coming out with well-priced gear that is intelligently and tastefully designed.
  
  A must-see for anyone looking to purchase fitness/gym/running gear.
