I have to agree with the last review on here. Poorly managed company with lack of care for the customer. We had a retail sign placed by National Neon, and a little over a year later the LED lights stopped working. They only warranty the sign for a year, so after waiting for almost a month, and paying $500 they finally had it fixed. Do your research before you commit to these guys. Dealing with them has been a headache.

I recently partnered with National Neon on a 4 year, phased multi plex project for a predominant housing Company in Calgary.

National Neon has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We are in the second year of production and the work completed so far looks amazing!

We have had some very tight deadlines with complicated signage initiatives. National has hit every deadline and challenge head on!

National Neon Signs is as professional as they come. The reps I dealt with gave me quotes that were more than competitive, and the end product is superb. I will only deal with National Neon Signs for my digital signage needs.

**Stay Away** Unfortunately there is NO option for zero stars. This is by far the worse sign company I have ever dealt with. We have been trying to get our company sign fixed for over 10 months now. You would think when you pay $9,000 for a sign that National Neon would take care of quality issues.

The sign arrived not bright enough (still isn’t) and was hung crooked on our building. Doesn’t look like the lights are spaced out properly or enough LEDs In the cabinet. It took me months of calling, emailing, and speaking to the owner (who is extremely rude and abrasive) to finally have someone come out and straighten it. Nothing like opening a new business and having a crooked sign as a reflection of our business!

Here we are close to a year later with a sign that needs repair and every time we try and get this resolved, our sales representative, Nick Collins, keeps making more excuses on why this isn’t going to happen for a ‘while’. The last excuse was there were no cranes available (I guess a sign company doesn’t have cranes for 10 months) I wonder how they are operating with no cranes available?

It takes allot for me to come on to Google to write such a poor review, but I think that’s warranted after close to a year with zero resolution. Hopefully this review saves others the agony of dealing with National Neon. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company to deal with.
