  The Natalie Berthiaume Group provides a comprehensive top to bottom level of care for their clients. All the parts of selling or buying that usually are pain points for people are taken care of by this team and then some. Each time I thought i was impressed, they went one step further and that happened regularly. I never had to wonder where we were in the process, or remember to do things because their process reminds you and makes everything so easy.
  I wouldn't have my dream home without Natalie and her connections, and I wouldn't have the resources to fill my beautiful home without Natalie’s expertise on the sale of our previous property.
  I have referred several people to this team over the years and nothing feels better then when those people say thank you for sending them to a true industry leader. Well done team!!

  I couldn't imagine having to had to navigate the last two months without Natalie and her team. We bought a new house, sold our current house and sold our condo as well. I literally called Natalie once a day (at least) with questions/concerns and she was there for us every step of the way. Natalie is a true professional and her years of experience are evident in how she handles transactions and cares for her clients. I will be recommending Natalie and her team to all of my friends and family. Natalie is one of those professionals that truly is very good at what she does.

  We recently worked with Natalie and her team when we moved within Airdrie. I cannot say enough good things about how they made the process of selling and purchasing as smooth and seamless as possible. She was always available to take our calls and answer our many questions. Natalie got us top dollar on the sale of our house and negotiated hard on the purchase of our forever home.
  I would highly recommend Natalie and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

  There isn’t enough stars to give Natalie and her team an appropriate rating. This was the first home that I’ve owned, so I was very new to the entire process. From start to finish, Natalie’s team took control and made the entire experience seem effortless. The expertise and attention to detail reassured me that my home and interests were in the right hands, and definitely contributed to the quick sale of my home. Natalie and her team are (in my opinion) your best option when it comes to buying/selling your home. Thank you for making this experience a very positive one, Natalie and Danielle!

  We recently worked with Natalie on the purchase of a home in Calgary. We currently live in Ontario so much of this was done via distance. She was so incredibly helpful. When we couldn't be present for visits she would see the homes herself and provide full, honest feedback. When we did come to town she helped us prioritize homes based on location as we were not familiar with the neighbourhoods. She made sure that we got to see all the homes on our list and we were able to make a purchase smoothly. At every stage, we really valued Natalie's honesty and her willingness to advocate for us. She's also just really fun to hang out with! We would definitely work with her again on any future real estate transactions and we have already recommended her to staff that are relocating with us.
