  Kourtni is the only realtor you will ever need. She will go above and beyond for you in so many ways it makes buying/selling enjoyable.I have bought and sold with Kourtni and she will always be my first call. She is a genuine realitor whose priority is to make you happy and not just close the deal. The extra efforts and research she does to understand the other parties position make her a great negotiator. You will not regret this having her in your corner. Her coworker Brett also seems great!

  From the moment we spoke to Brett we knew he was on our side to find us the perfect home for our family.
  
  After selling our acreage in Saskatchewan and with only 6 weeks to find a new home in our chosen community, Kourtni and Brett acted fast to find properties to fit our budget and needs. In short order we had an accepted offer and the Griffin RE Realtor team did all the heavy (paper) lifting. Not once did we feel pressure or have to sit through a sleazy sales pitch; just honest, brass-tacks conversations.
  
  We are so grateful to have worked with this team and, should we move again, we will certainly give Brett a call. Thank you!

  From the moment they walked through our front door on their initial visit, we knew we had chosen the right realtors to help us sell our home. Sandra Roen and Brett Murrell from the Griffin RE Realtor Team with Okotoks Realty were very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and professional. Sandra worked with us through the process of preparing our property, through the showing process to the final sale of our property She never ceased to amaze us with her prompt response to our texts, emails or phone calls. Once a sale on our property was imminent, we asked her to help us find a new home. Sandra was extremely patient with us, helping us all along the way to a successful purchase of a new home..
  We really can't say enough good things about the professional and friendly service we received from the Griffin team.

  Kourtni has been my realtor for almost ten years now, and I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me! She’s patient, thorough, and a straight shooter. She will always stick up for you to make sure you’re getting what you deserve and what you want. I recommend her to everyone I know when they’re in the market, and I can’t imagine working with anyone else!

  Thank you so much for helping us find our new home! Sandra proved time and time again her knowledge of the local market. Every time we viewed a new property she would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliance, etc. She always answered every call or email no matter the time of day or night it was. We were very fussy clients and she never pushed us into any decision we didn’t want to make. She was extremely honest, hands on and really helped take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the “one” and ended up in a “bidding war”, Sandra walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers which ended up being the sole reason our offer was accepted. We are very grateful for your assistance, patience, and expertise. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home again, there isn’t a question on who my Realtor will be! I highly recommend Sandra if you’re buying a new home!
