Probably one of Grande Prairies larges apartment complex managements with 6 properties is an under statement. Some of these properties are also like 6 apartment complexes on 1 property. Maybe sort of under staffed

the wait time for maintenance is deplorable I have tried make a request online a few times and they don't even show up at all supposedly when you make a maintenance request they're supposed to get a work order printed out in their office I think they only one person who does maintenance in the suites it\s no wonder it takes them so long to get anything done not acceptable!!!!

The waiting time for maintenance is excessive and the building and grounds maintenance is embarrassing. From the grass being rarely mowed, to the bushes out front being flooded with weeds, and minimal snow removal in the winter months.
Beyond the lack of maintenance it is a good building to live in with far size apartments and a relatively quiet atmosphere.

It took maintenence 2 weeks to come fix my dryer (it didn't work the whole time) and the worse part is the AC didn't work in the hallway all summer and now that the temperatures has dropped the AC is on and my heat don't work and I have a 5 month old. How long are we going to have to live in a freezing apartment? Who knows?? Would not recommend this place, go somewhere better for cheaper.
