Not sure why a person is put on hold for 20 minutes or more. I think this is disrespectful to your clients. Get a phone number and call them back when you can.

I really wish I was able to give them well below one star but as you can see that option is not available. I have been coming to this clinic back in the day when it was located on Manning just behind the McDonald's restaurant. So I have been coming a long time. Back then, when you checked in and gave the receptionist your name and health card, the first thing they did was so access your patient file with all of your history available to any Dr. You may see on that day. It just took a second and they were able to check your history. Then when they first moved to the fancy new building they still ran the clinic in that manner. The patient and their concerns where of the utmost importance to the staff at the clinic. Then things slowly started to change for the worse I am afraid. They needed to cut down on waiting times, they needed to make things run much more efficient. They handed out beepers to people so they would know when it was time to go in and see a Doctor. They no longer used any type of patient history or chart in any mannner, and they are in and out now as fast as they can go. You the patient are the only file available to the doctor now. Then they started hiring Dr's from who knows where, probably with a plumbers certificate or possibly a mechanic certificate to offer you the medical treatment you so desperately need. You can tell them now until you are blue in the face how rapidly your body deteriorates when it is infected with an illness, but hey who are you, how would you know anything you are just the patient and you have known yourself to what ever age you are now. Hey but they are the plumber master trades person at your service. It is pathetic when you have to go back time and time again, sometimes up to three times until you are so desperately sick and it ends up costing you 4 to 5 weeks out of your life to recuperate from the stupid mistakes and arrogance of the master plumbers or should I even dare to call them Doctors. When Dr. Ali and Dr. Hasnain had the old clinic, they cared about their patients and did what was ever required to get the patient well again. I have not seen them in a long time and I honestly feel they would really regret allowing what has happened to have taken over and infected the clinic they first started. Now it is a joke, it is worse than a joke, it is down right disgusting and on the borderline of medical malpractise in the making. Now you might as well be in the drive thru lane of any fast food restaurant, get them in, get them out as soon as possible. We don't care if they get better or not, we don't care about them, all we care about is seeing as many people as possible in the hours we are opened and make as much money as we can. Keep them coming back is there motto, let's squeeze them for every penny we can. After all, we are the Master plumbers now aren't we!! Do not go to this clinic, you will live to regret the day you do. Find another clinic who cares and listens and are well trained Doctor's and not just trades people pretending to be a fully trained Doctor. Please this was not in any way a put down or meant in any way disrespect to any or all of our well trained men and women who work in the trades in Tecumseh or the windsor area. It was just using satire to reflect on what a joke this clinic is really like. After today, I will never again step foot in the TMC clinic, ever. You have been warned. Stay Out!!

I had Dr. A. Azam,
Was not pleased by her service at all. All she did was walk threw the door and proceeded to to fight me on regular over the counter medication. I was in a car accident about two weeks ago in physio and what not, but still in a lot of pain. I told her I was taking medication as needed and It's like she was ignoring what I was saying and telling me to take more every recommend hours. I was trying to tell her that I was and that I still feel the pain but I don't want to be taking medication all the time (poping pills) she then proceeded to talk to me like I'm an idiot and was telling me how to take regular Tylenol/ibuprofen. It was the way she treated me and they way she spoke that got me upset the most. When she then saw me upset because she wasn't understanding what I was trying to say she then just wrote me a script for x-ray to try and smooth everything over.
All I wanted was respect from the doctor and her advice; not just "ok pop this medication".
I needed a doctors note from work as well. I told her I mostly work weekends being a part time student which she ignored and put a week on my slip. So I'm technically off on the days I'm not even schedule to work
I just wish for better understanding. I left hear feeling very upset. I will not see her again.response / report this review -

This place is a joke the wait times are way too long.before when they first opened they were on the ball..now that they have a database of clients they don't carethey never answer the phone..I wrote a review this morning and it was deleted I wonder by who?? And there were only 2 reviews till dateall of a sudden mine and another's review erased and now there are 5 from going back as far as 9 months agothere was never any beforethis is a rigged pick and choose review ..actually they write their own in favor of themselvesthis place is very unethical in many ways and I do not recommend this place ..I'm switchingI'm won't be surprised If im deleted againlet fair be fairbut they don't play fair
