just had the worst experience with another dispensary which pushed me to order from here instead. Thank god i did !!!! great product.Immediate replies. great customer service, told me when to expect the driver and the delivery was under an hour. the other place didnt even reply to me in half an hour. so so pleased !

Ordered for the the first time, it arrived within an hour and the driver was very friendly. Quality was great and prices are not overpriced like a lot of other places. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

As I placed my order online, I got a message back almost immediately. The person I spoke with was accommodating, so kind and helpful while at the same time was very efficient in handling the order and delivery. I was definitely not expecting that. Not that I thought I would get bad service, I mean they went above and beyond great customer service. Same day delivery, very punctual. I think it was just under 3 hours from the time I ordered to the time I received my delivery. Their prices are much better than most Ottawa dispensaries and products are exactly what they advertised. If their products and customer service are steady and constant on the level that I experienced, they will go far. Very impressed.
