  I had the most wonderful experience with Alexandra at B Hemmings & Co, without even setting foot in the store! I had been on a desperate search for a writing portfolio for my husband for Christmas and kept coming up empty handed. I stumbled upon B Hemmings & Co through a Google search and gave them a call. Alexandra immediately began helping me & sending me photos of several different types of writing portfolios in store. To be honest, I have never experienced this type of personalized & warm client service before. The care, understanding and willingness to help me find the perfect gift, no matter how little or much I was spending, is what sets Alexandra & the team at B Hemmings & Co apart from other retailers. I now have a beautifully monogramed writing portfolio under our Christmas tree for my husband. Shopping has never been more enjoyable or easy, especially with the back drop of a global pandemic. This was truly a memorable experience. Thank you, Alexandra!!

  I happened upon B Hemmings & Co on an outing in Yorkville and was immediately shocked to see my favourite European Brand being offered : BALLY!
  I walked in and was taken care of from the first moment. Kenneth introduced me to what they offered from the brand and I immediately purchased a beautiful card holder.
  Not even a week later, Kenneth called me to follow up on my purchase and my experience - A++ in my mind because today not even the luxury department stores do that. I mentioned to him my interest in perhaps purchasing a wallet from the same brand, and he explained that if they didn't have an item stocked, they could follow up with the brand to see if they would be able to special order - well I did my due diligence and sent a follow up email. Wouldn't you know, they were able to do it and now I have a matching wallet, very unique and I am very happy. I will continue to support this brand - small businesses like this one need to be praised because they are the crème de la crème - especially in a time where nothing is certain! Thank you B Hemmings - you have a lifelong, committed patron!

  Even through an online purchase, the customer service at B Hemmings & Co is nothing short of stellar. The Bric's carry-on I purchased has been on my wishlist for years. Somehow, I felt the time was right to finally buy it. In hindsight, I am very glad to have supported such an excellent local business. Alexandra was so sweet and went above and beyond to provide an incredible shopping experience. Hopefully I will get to visit this lovely store in person one day, once I decide to pair my Bellagio up with a cute duffle bag. 😊

  B Hemmings & Co. is an amazing store located in the Yorkville area of downtown Toronto. I've been extremely pleased with every piece I've purchased there. It's an inviting atmosphere. My first visit to the store was several years ago when I was seeking a specific piece from the Ducati Luggage Collection. Alexandra didn't simply say the piece was discontinued, she tried moving mountains to find it. Unfortunately, for me, she wasn't successful in her efforts however, her dedication, professionalism, and marked level of customer service from her and her team, resulted in me being a loyal customer. Alexandra's breadth of knowledge about each and every item they carry is extraordinary. I live in B.C. however, I always make time to visit whenever I'm in Toronto; not only to peruse the store for a new purchase but also to catch up.

  Michael is extremely passionate and was excellent dealing with. I walked in randomly with my wife. Michael took the time to educate us on bags and the brands knowing we weren’t going to purchase anything that day. I will for sure be doing business with them in the future. Thanks for your help :)
