Not a good experience at all. They are already a few weeks late on the door and the worst was the woman at the front desk left me on hold for and hour and she still never came back on the phone. It was Friday at 4:40pm. I know they were closing soon but when I called she answers and I wanted to know if my door was done and she said she will be right back and left me on the phone till 5:25pm until I hung up and realize the place close and she left me on the phone on purpose and went home

Exceptional customer service from both front office staff and management. Very friendly. Fast delivery compared to 3 other competitors. Pricing was in line with my expectations. Quality product and manufactured onsite in whitby.

I had a very small job to do but nonetheless, very urgent and important (for me) as one of my bedroom's window swung open and caused both glass sides to shatter.
Canada Windows & Doors replaced the glass and fixed the some of the hardware a few hours later all with excellent customer service. They really went the proverbial extra mile!

We were forced to replace our front door after a break in. The staff and crew at Canada Windows and Doors made a horrible experience so positive. The listened to what we wanted, were patient, professional and friendly. The door looks amazing, so unique and completely customized. They called and ensured we were a part of the entire process and followed up to make sure we were happy with the end result. The product is fantastic and secure. We couldn't be happier!
