Please avoid buying from these crooks. Cruise control switch fell off my 2013 sonic with 20000 kms on it. I've had previous disastrous attempts at repairs with them.
So I called to attempt appointment to get it fixed. Apparently its cheaper to pay to replace it than pay warranty deductible, but they won't say that until after the bill is handed to me.
Its an hour labor at any mechanic plus parts.
But it could take unknown amount of time and possibly days waiting for the part to come in on a part that commonly falls off and isn't in stock.
Now for the stupid thing !
I bought the car from them and serviced there. But apparently all records of me even buying the car from them have disappeared and not even a service record.
Thank god I've got all original documents proving service and buying from them
I repeat avoid buying from these crooks !!!!

Thanks Jimmy!! We went in to check out some options on used. Jimmy showed us some options, took a couple of test drives, left to ponder and check out options at another dealership. Eventually returned to crunch numbers again and the options. We really appreciated the fact that he was not pushy in anyway, and gave us all the information that we asked for and required. We drove away the same day as proud owners of a Chevy Silverado! Love the truck and the customer service (including the insurance transfers and payments-Thanks Jen)!

The staff are rude! They are horrible to deal with for vehicle repairs. I had to go to Gm directly to get help. Poor service and even worse communication. I know make a point of driving to Chilliwack for my vehicle concerns.

Peter, Cole and the rest of the service team has always been a great help. When my new Sonic had some minor paint issues they not only took care of the issue, but they also gave my car a wicked detail in the process. I have no reservations returning to service my vehicle. You guys are top notch.
