Terrible. Dealt with a very unprofessional employee. His tone of voice suggested that he was doing me a favor by booking me a ticket !

Then, I literally spelt out my wife's name to him and he still managed to get it wrong on the ticket booking! No follow up, no customer service skills. Go elsewhere if you value your time and money. There are way better deals out there, and companies that value customers and their business.

Trash service, I might as well set up a camp well I wait for my turn. The staff don't even acknowledge that there are people waiting for them. You might as well book flights from the numerous apps out there than go to this agency to book your flights.

Would never commend this travel agency to anyone, the staff is very rude and uncomfortably loud.

Horrible experience twice! Better to buy online with cheaper prices and sensible routes/stop overs. Made us buy tickets for ridiculously high prices while insisting that it was the best deal which wont last long. Found online prices around 400-600$ cheaper the same evening we bought the tickets from this incompetent agency. I had friends buy tickets from elsewhere for the same destination and date ranges for around 600$ cheaper, almost upto 2 months after I bought my tickets. Their claim of '25 yrs specialist experience' does not reflect on their incompetent service as they have no clue of the market trend.

Overall we had really good experience.

Raj did excellent job with booking flight, 2 baggage each person, nice fares, no hidden fees and kids bassinet request etc. and also he gave many different flights options for cheap fares.

FYI-I always make sure all travel document was up to date before booking any flights.

Do not ever use these people. Complete scam artists. They say one thing and then say another. I called earlier this morning and inquired about a cancellation charge as we did not purchase insurance. The individual on the phone told me that it was $250.00 My parents go there and all of a sudden its $400.00

They say oh, each airline has its own cancellation charge and that employee was new. They did not know, but then Jyoti says that the charge is $400.00. I ask for proof showing the charge that the airline gives to them and they cannot provide it.

The overcharge for visa fees as well.

Terrible customer service, they should honor what they say.
