The only room available was decent enough, but the ceiling fan was wired in an unconventional way; the fan would not operate unless the light was on. Bed was not very comfortable, and the air conditioner howled.

Excellent little motel. Friendly and helpful owner. Walking distance to the quaint town of Magog. Also close to Owl's Head (30 mins). I would definitely stay again.

I got probably one of the worst rooms in the motel. It was do-able, but it was a little run-down, the AC was broken and it was a hot day and there was holes in the blankets. But it sheltered me for the night and it still wasn't too bad/

I was "stuck" in Magog for work reasons and looking for a place to stay on a Tuesday night. After driving around a bit I spotted Motel Fleur-de-Lys on the edge of town. Seemed like your basic retro roadside motel that would not raise any expense report flags. I pulled in and the innkeeper was very friendlyeven with my fractured french and I was all checked in for $115 plus tax.
Great property, very park-like. The room was charming and super clean, with fridge and microwave. Nice a quiet too! After the Airport Holiday Inn Montreal the night before this was night and day! Like somewhere I would stay for a weekend getaway with the wife.
Great find. Great stay.
