  My fiance just had the worst experience here. We have stayed several times at this B&B and I wanted to treat her to a nice get away for her alone to recoupe from stress. I recieved a call from her. She was crying as the reception was yelling at her because she did not have the credit card I reserved her stay with. And was attempting to refusing her stay. Repeat customers treated very poorly. I would like her to recieve an apology at the very least. Horrible hospitality. And the manager also refused owner to be contacted. Very disappointed in the management at this place causing harm and stress on paying guests looking for a peacefull getaway.

  Personne est la pour l accueil ou le départ , fenêtre rez de chaussé ne se barre pas , pas de petit frigo dans la chambre ni cafetiere , pas d air climatiser , salle de bain mini, spa disons pas accommodant, rideau trop court sur les côté aucune intimité, stationnement étroit, a peine 3-4 chaines télé et encore se sont les même émissions en boucle, bref décevant et pas du tout enchanteur la chambre " la lumineuse" :(:(:(

  I really enjoyed staying here and will be back. I stayed in the Abbot house behind the main house. It was peaceful and well decorated. I loved sitting in the hot tub in a snowstorm at night. My only small things to note, the building isn't very soundproof, was woken by people returning late and getting up early. Also our bed was very firm. I didn't sleep well on it. Beyond that, pretty magical weekend in Magog.

  Amazing place. Welcoming staff from the moment we arrived. Our room "Envoutante" had an amazing claw foot tub I relaxed in both nights.
  Bed was a bit hard but that's no fault of their own. Just my preference. Still had great sleeps.
  Breakfast is amazing but carb heavy. But First morning ate most of it and found didn't really need to eat till mid afternoon. Which is great if your out and about.
  If I ever come back I will definitely be staying here again.

  Excellent service. We had the romantic suite with the spa. Great ambience! Breakfast was delicious (best croissant ever). Would go again. Expansive.
