Steven the most unprofessional realtor i ever dealt, i am unit owner & as unit vacant cooling was left off. my hydro company Provident meter can give online reading of every day and time thermal cooling & electric separate it was used & when found the day and time Steven booked showing thermal cooling was left open which caused me a huge hydro bill, i gave steven all proof from hydro meter & his approach was enough to tell his real personality. Also when Steven called to booked showing first thing he was most interested to discuss comm whereas comm offered is mentioned clearly in listing so reason to again discuss comm tell itself its reason. so buyers who trust him and unit owners who allow access to him beware???

Steven is a true professional and provided great guidance throughout this process. I was looking to buy during COVID and he always made sure we were following safety precautions so that I felt comfortable. He provided honest opinions and I never felt like he was pushing me to make a purchase. It took me 7 months to buy my dream condo and I couldn't be happier!

Steven was fantastic to work with! He made the entire buying and selling process so easy for us. It can be a stressful experience, but he was able to guide and direct us to be exactly where we needed to be.
