I am really impressed with the service I received at Mission. I had to get my battery replaced on my MacBook Pro, and I felt really comfortable with the tech I talked to. His name was Harman. There was an issue with a wholesaler sending them the wrong battery and he was very responsive during the waiting period. I was fully aware of what was happening during this entire process. I’m very happy with both the service they provided and the manner in which they provided it.

These techs are awesome ! They provide an excellent service. I am so amazed. Way better than Apple!
I sent my Mac book Pro for logic board issues and they repaired it in the time frame they provided over the phone to me and sent it back safely packed with Tracking number.
They always kept me up to date with repairs etc so I knew exactly what was happening.
Recommend this company to everyone! WOW!

Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm pretty good when it comes to tech, but I recently found myself out of my depth when I formatted a drive that I shouldn't have. Repair was fast, effective, and they were patient with my many questions. Would definitely recommend.

Truly happy with the work they have done on my PC. Received my PC in a brand new state. They cleaned it thoroughly, Installed a new OS , got all my information back and gave excellent discounts and warranties on the Hard Drive they installed. Their knowledge and workmanship is second to none. I highly recommend this place to the people who are in search for a good computer repair shop in Winnipeg. Thanks for making me a happy client.

I am not a tech savvy person but whenever I need help related to any technical device I own , I go to this Place. I love the atmosphere here and the knowledge of the techs. These guys have fixed the laptops and tablets of my entire family and done a tremendous job. I highly recommend this good and honest place. Keep up the good work.

Mission repair center services are highly recommended for anyone who is interested in getting very swift and affordable services at all times.
I discovered my system cooling fan was blowing continuously and really very loud and it was starting to a piss me off. Upon enquiry from different repairers, they kept saying different things and calling giving series of outrageous quotes. Some said $350, others said $450.
I called mission repair center and I was asked to bring down my computer. They proved to me how professional and knowledgeable they were about computers. After their diagnosis was conducted that same day, which cost just few bucks, I was told the problem was with a sensor to the fan that cost just about $120. That’s super-affordable! It was fixed without hassle. Highly recommended

Having had an unsuccessful encounter with 3 reputable repair shops in Winnipeg, including BEST BUY, I had given up on trying to patronize other shops. My encounter with the last shop while I tried to fix my computer (with a damaged screen) made me make up my mind never to try any other. This was the case until I found Mission Repair Centre. Three things I look out for when scoring service provider are customer service, professionalism-on- the-job, and their communication. Without mincing words, they have earned my 100% rating. I feel great leaving my very first 5-star review in their favor because they truly deserve it. Well done guys!

I really don't know why the shop has so high rating. They have really bad customer service and cannot fix the laptop. The technician was really rude and arrogant. I went to fix my laptop, all they did was a full diagnosis then I just need to reinstall windows. I reinstalled windows then a few days later my laptop had the same problem. I went to this shop again to check my computer. The technician just kept blaming me and said it's like you go to see a doctor, doctor says you are healthy, but can you blame him if you get sick again?!! I just went there to fix my computer, not to listen to a speech and I didn't complain about them at first. I just left this store with anger then went to BEST BUY to fix my laptop. I got very nice service and even a free windows installation. I thought I'd pay more, but it turns out this small shop charges not less than Best buy this kind of shop. SO DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!! I believe most of reviews and ratings are just lies!

--Well, I cannot reply you in google review, so I just write it here. I don't know much about computer, but I can tell others that you just need to reinstall windows. It's a solution that every one knows. My laptop did work for 4 months then had the same problem. This just means you did not solve the problem at first. I just wanted to fix my laptop since I've already been there before. But all I got is the rude attitude and arrogant speech. That's what I complaint about. AGAIN, don't go to this store!

I was looking for a good iPhone repair place so I went online and found Mission Repair and instantly put a call through, the person who answered the phone was extremely helpful, talked me through everything I needed and gave me a quote. I really do love a business that actually answers the phone in today's world where you normally have to stay on hold to be routed through an off-site customer service call center.

They fixed a convenient time for me and my iPhone screen was replaced in quick turnaround time. Their techs were professional and transparent in their approach; I was shown the grade, quality, and where the new screen came from. Nice!

There is nothing as comforting as having Mission Repair Centre as trusted partner. Recently, I
had reason to travel for a business presentation outside Winnipeg, but unfortunately, I had my
laptop screen shattered due to the rush. Surprisingly, I didn’t have reason to fret. I immediately
called up the event facilitator, narrated my ordeal, he gave me a spare laptop which I connected
to my hard drive for my presentation.
I never bothered to look for a repair option while I was away because I didn’t want any repairer
handling my laptop except for mission techs. In the end, it was a win-win. The presentation was
successful and I was back home in time to visit mission. They had my screen replaced in no time
and my laptop looks just like brand new. I’m glad I found mission repair.

The most professional and the customer oriented repair centre I have visited. These people truly believe in helping their clients. The mission techs are super friendly as well. I just got my cell phone (iPhone 6s) repaired within 15 minutes at Mission. The good news doesn’t end here they installed the tempered glass got free and gave me 10% student discount. This is a go to place for me , my friends and my family going forward. I truly recommend this place to everyone who needs to repair their screens in no time . Cheers Mission .
