This company does not stand behind their products nor care about customer service. Sofa was delivered damaged and they do not want to take responsibility nor do they answer emails. Do not buy from them.

Update June 29th: nothing has been resolved. Half of the floor damage was offered. I will be out over $500. Being bounced around and offered a repair instead of easily replacing arm bolsters. Hiding behind warranty claims and “nothing we can do”. At least they are polite.

Oren assisted us in finding our dream couch for our new home! A well dressed salesman, who was just as well-versed in his upholstery knowledge, Oren allowed us to customize our order by choosing from a number of different fabrics, styles, and colours. The process was so easy because of Oren; he was so kind and patient, answering all of our questions and he took away all of our stress. His customer service was impeccable, and due to this incredible experience we will definitely be putting our undying trust in Oren and the team at EQ3 for our next purchase.

Really nice furniture. High quality, variety of price points. Well made. Excellent fabrics and wood used in construction. Really helpful staff. We are looking to buy a sectional with a pull out bed. The one we saw tonight had a simple pull out mechanism that kept all the seat cushions in place while unfolding. Genius. And comfortable. The mattress was exceptional. Can't wait to use it.

My girlfriend and I were blown away with our EQ3 experience. Three reasons for the 5 stars below.

- We are young and just purchased our first house. The sales staff understood this and didn't pressure or up-sell when we inquired about purchasing (Note: This is the opposite for virtually every other furniture store).

- We were not sure about the color of sofa we wanted due to the layout of our house and weren't even sure we were going to buy from EQ3. The sales staff offered a free design service from an interior designer which helped out a bunch.

- Greg the delivery guy was probably our best experience. So friendly, so very efficient at getting our sofa in our house (+ moving our old sofa downstairs!). Both delivery people were very professional and delicate with our freshly painted walls.
