One of the best roasters in the province. Enjoying a new bag of North 40 right now and realized I've never left a review.
Very well done roasts, reasonably priced and cool regions and varieties of coffee. Super good single origin series.
The cafe is very nice, I like to visit when I can in the summer. The owner is a super nice guy who runs a great shop and roaster.response / report this review -

Rating a business at five stars is not a role I take lightly, nor do often, but I believe this business is deserving as it is the best coffee shop in Gimli and the Interlake area! The owner knows customers by name and the staff are ready to serve with a friendly smile! The coffee is excellent and also happens to be roasted locally, made up of high quality coffee beans that the owner has obviously taken the time to research and hand select. When it’s not busy, you’ll be impressed with the staff who will take the time to keep the shop and restroom facilities very clean: a service that is often overlooked in many coffee shops and restaurants today. Head in, connect to wifi, enjoy a coffee and light snack while relaxing or catching up on a bit of work! This family friendly business is sure to impress.

By far the best coffee shop in town!
Great coffee, great atmosphere and great employees. Always served with a smile and the owner loves his business and does everything possible to ensure you enjoy your time.
Very well deaigned, instagram worthy and delicious everytime!

Everything they do at Flatland is amazing. You can tell that a lot of extra effort has been put not just into the coffee, but the food as well. The homemade soups and sandwiches are perfect.

An excellent cup of coffee. I would travel for it. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I have a caffeine allergy, they had no decaf espresso, and yet the owner was willing to find a way. Excellent customer service. Great atmosphere, good music. Great place to sit a chill while drinking your favorite form of coffee.

Lovely little coffee shop. The decor is minimalist but inviting, and service was pleasant from beginning to end. I tried the single-origin coffee, and it really took the edge off a rainy day.
I wish I had more time here, it seems like a great place to kick back with a book.
