Years ago Mings was top notch. Now our experiences are dicey tasting Wonton, and the latest, Chicken Fried Rice that was nothing but dried out plain white rice mixed with peas, egg, and chicken bits. It was not fried and it was dead bland. It was obvious that the CFR was slopped together with old half dried out white rice, and minimal effort to get it out the door. What garbage ! When we phoned them and described the rice (part of a larger order), they just told us to add Soya Sauce, lol, like that would transform their sloppy efforts. Mings, we gave you 3-4 tries after moving back to Saskatoon, but you no longer get our business.

Ordered combo for 1 B and a wonton soup. It smelt horrible and I got so sick after a few bites. Will not be ordering from Ming’s again.

The deep fried shrimp are verrrrry greasy! The chicken in the fried rice is steamed, giving it the "what the heck am I eating?"thought, both times that I at it. I don't know why restaurants do this, other than its quicker.
I think that it is overpriced, making up for the 'free delivery'! I will not order from here again! I'm actually verrrrry surprised that they are still in business. I can't believe that anyone enjoys the food. Wake up people, this is not good food!

Quite disappointed in both the food and the service. $12 tray of "ginger beef" turned out to be a whole onion chopped up in huge chunks covering a few small, thin squares of meat (We were later told that there were supposed to be "15 pieces" as they count them out before tossing them in the bag??) Didn't taste a hint of ginger, just red, greasy, peppery sauce. The shrimp chow mein was disgusting. The noodles were covered in a glue-like substance - with about 7 little bitty nibbles of baby shrimp (maybe 2-2.5 baby shrimp in total). Our fish eat more shrimp than that! And don't even get my husband started on the "lemon" chickenwhich is just sweet & sour chickenexcept mushy with a creamy orange sauce.
We called Ming's to get it sorted out, as neither meat dishes were decent enough to eat - 7 fish-sized mouthfuls of shrimp is hardly enough protein for a family. The employee on the other end was quite rude, cutting me off multiple times as I tried to explain what the issue was, because he kept trying to guess what our problem was! Genesis & Saigon will be getting our business from now on. They are fantastic, never fail, and we don't have to go broke in order to eat 2 grams of protein with our meal.

I spend all of time on the road eating at lots of takeout places.

The guy who took my order was fast and great on the phone
    Delivery was extremely fast

Dinner for 3B was my order

    The food not so good
Chow main was not that flavourful
    The shrimp.. no flavour
The $40 it cost me it wasn't that good..
I won't be ordering from here again

Ginger beef was horrible. It's not the super sugared kind, but even for the type it is it was horrible. Like dog food.
The chicken chowmein was made with processed chicken sandwich meat. Not even fried, yet thick with coagulated grease.
The soup smelled and looked like coffee you'd find in a cabin you havnt visited for a year and had a thick layer of white oil on top.
    And it was all cold.
Oh yeah, egg rolls and spring rolls were bad too. This is long so justjust don't.
