The $225 bounty hunter tournament was a disgrace to poker. The low chip stack (7000) and twenty min blinds made it feel like you were being rushed out. It didn’t help that they told us in the opening statement that they double booked the room and they needed us to be finished by 11pm. The dealers had trouble making change, the opening statement was 20 mins long and the mic wasn’t working so it was hard to hear. General rules were thrown out the window. One break they forgot to start the timer and the break was 25 mins instead of 15, there were no dealers when the timer ended and no 3 min speaker call for the players. The bounty pot was $7600 while first place was $3200. The food service was terrible at the bar, I ordered and the lady behind me got her food before I do. I had to ask for her to help me. I was told I can’t talk to anyone in the tournament at other tables, as well everybody working the tournament had different answers. You did the impossible and made the Dakota dunes look good regarding tournaments. I would have given “0” stars if I could.
Restaurant good food and service casino has good choice of games and judging from jackpot party I went to,quite a few people win
We stayed there for my son's wedding and looked for a hospitality room as we had a lot of family attending from afar. We were upgraded to a conference suite that accommodated our needs. The staff and and the accommodations were superb and would recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.
A very small casino that can be easily filled with regular players making it challenging for visitors to get into their preferred slot games. But the slots are well spaced and walking around is not a problem. The parking lot has ample parking space close to the entrance. Security and floor service workers are plenty.
Newly updated building and amenities is nice. On busy nights the parking is a bit limited and could use some maintenance on the detached Gas Bars travel ways. Great shuttle service for locals and offers an indoor smoking section along with frequent live entertainment, player club perks, and a safe environment for patrons.
elbow to elbow room in the smoking section, have not seen anyone receive a hand pay in the 3 hours I was there. Black jack dealer didn't bother to make eye contact and I had to repeat myself a couple of times. By far the worse casino I have been to
Clean and decent looking casino
Nice hotel. Clean. Had some drunk try to piss beside my truck around 10pm. It is by a casino. All not to bad probably the best place in town.
Honestly, one of the worst casinos I've seen. Staff have been very unwelcoming, player services are non-existent compared to many other casinos, I've been twice and both times the casino was very dirty even in off peak hours. I cannot imagine how anyone could spend tournament length hours playing in hereor why they would want to given the only player perk is a water cooler in the corner. There's no value placed on players, it's simply a profit driven casino.
