Totally blown away with the service provided by Steve and his team. Everything about the shop is first rate starting with customer service. While waiting for my vehicle, I observed Steve multi tasking on the "front line" with professionalism, courtesy and humour.
I came in for new snow tires which they provided at a good price. I was also concerned about a wheel bearing that was making a huge humming noise. Two other shops had told me nothing was wrong with the bearing but I asked Steve to check it out and sure enough it needed replacing which they did. I am now driving a quiet car; no more loud humming!!
I highly recommend Steve and his team. The atmosphere in the shop is like family! Great place!!response / report this review -

Steve and the team at tirecraft are great, I had a problem with a tirecraft in Beaverlodge and the Chilliwack tirecraft solved my problem. Great service just bought all seasons tires from them. Highly recommend.
