I have been a regular at this salon for 4 years now. I always go and get my nails done there. Today I was late 15minutes because I was stuck underground in the ttc. When I get there Victor and his wife tell me that they can’t take me because 5 minutes before my arrival someone called and they booked them. I don’t have service underground so I couldn’t call them. This is no service for a regular customer of 4 years who always tips a minimum of 5$. They have always been a little rude but I disregarded it because they still fixed my nails when I wasn’t satisfied. But this was too much.

Ruined my girlfriends nails. The man is the rudest person I have ever encountered. The shop is filthy and they don't know what they're doing. I warn you, unless you want a bad experience, don't go here.

My mother and I have been going to Metro Nails for about 7 years now. Victor and Jenny are knowledgeable about nail care and have shown great customer service over the years. The front line staff is good too.

Hygiene always trumps customer service for me when it comes to nail salons. The salon is kept clean, plastic covers are used around the pedicure tubs and disposed immediately.

I have sent several others to this salon and they too have been happy with the service.

Found them by doing a random google search. Went two weeks ago and my tips still look excellent. They were done by a gentleman I think he's the owner. My pedicure also still looks nice, it was done by the same lady who did my eyebrows. Didn't like my eyebrows though so probably won't let them do it again. Overall I had a good experience and will definitely be going back.
