  What a refreshing and beautiful ambiance. Absolutely great location, I can see myself getting my hair done then booking one of the fab restaurants right along the waterfront to catch up with friends.
  
  I got high recommendations from a friend, so I decided to give it a try and boy was I pleasantly surprised.
  
  I booked my consult and met Tiana and Faith upon entering the Salon. I was greeted with a huge warm welcome!
  
  Tiana is very friendly, knowledgeable and clear. I booked a consult which i HIGHLY recommend!! Tiana took a look at my hair and we spoke at length about options and a plan. I felt confident and hopeful leaving my appointment.
  I explained what has been going on, she was extremely encouraging, patient and most of all no pressure what so ever as to how to proceed. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that I was given information tailored to me and MY HAIR. I booked my appointment online, which was simple and easy, I showed up and my appointment was on time and detailed.
  The salon is very well kept, as per Covid protocols I felt safe and loved the fact that she does not have the salon packed and busy with too many clients at the same time. I felt like it was my time with her and I got full attention and service.
  
  I went in feeling dismayed and defeated with my hair challenges and left feeling extremely lifted and looking forward to my follow up services. I left with product information and the products I needed to try so as to prepare my hair for care!! I was given my step by step sample product package which i absolutely loved!! Felt like a nice little bag of treats!!
  
  As per service pricing she is very clear on her website what services she offers and the pricing. We also discussed what I will need to work on and what she recommended for my services moving forward and she clearly showed me and explained the pricing breakdown. That for me is top notch service and client care l!!
  I would say that this is a top end pricing salon, it is about service, expertise and the full client centre experience.
  I would Highly recommend you take a
  browse and book in to treat yourself!
  
  This will be my go to time to spend a little extra love on myself!! Im looking forward to even booking in some mom and daughter time and spend and afternoon together!! See you soon!! Blessings—

  After 2 years of not taking care of my hair she did a miracle. I was in the salon for 5 hours and she never changed her enthusiasm, her professionalism and the passion she has for her work is admirable. Tiana was so patient. From the colour, to the cut and style, I highly recommend Filedaria particularly if you have curly hair.

  Nice place, welcoming staff. I had a convo with a ma. I believe to be James i explained to him what I was looking to do to my hair. I also asked for a consult because I like things done specifically and not have to have issues on the actually day of my
  Appointment l. I wasted my Saturday going there because they do not offer what they say they do. I wanted a pixie cut with a root touch up and a color. She was more concerned with cutting my
  Hair or just putting conditioner in it. I understand but I specifically wanted another service. If you don’t know how to wash your hair go here I’m sure you’ll enjoy it . If you’re looking for a salon that cuts styles adds color and relaxer this is not the place

  A friend introduced me to Filedaria and I have always had amazing experience and service every time. The staff are very friendly. They are so knowledgeable about Afro texture hair. Now I can carry my natural hair in very many styles. My natural hair now is longer and looks very healthy. Big Thanks to Filedaria!
