I told the hairdresser twice that I would like my hair not to be shorter than my chin and not too short near the neck because I didn't like it, I showed her a pic of what I wanted (I always show the same picture) and she replied that she knew better. I've never had shorter hair in my life!
I wanted her to only dry them quickly (I live close to the salon and didn't want to pay for something I could do at home), she insisted (and didn't give me a choice) and started to blow dry my hair.
I hate my haircut and it's not what I wanted and of course won't come back here. I thought the reviews were a bit harsh but it isn't. She made me pay 10$ for the blow dry which is nice (I didn't have much hair left anyway).
Plus, my hairdresser gave her notice for December 9 and you can feel that nobody gets along here..

EDIT : Thanks for your reply but she left Dec. 2018 as said in the previous comments. Thanks for your (very late) proposal but I moved back to France since then. Good luck with your business!

ray daniel salon with 8 location in past could prove that is the unique salons that could open all these location and handel them all with the great costomer service and extremely good experience.
not everyone can do that go and have a pleasure to experience ray himself. he is fantastic guy.

I have been coming to ray daniel since 2011 and their services are fantastic and the staff is so talented and friendly . Especially Maria !! She colored and styled my hair and I look like a whole new person !! Please giver her try ! Totally worth it !!

It is so good to be back here after the pandemic (1 year and 6 months later). I have been a customer here for 5 years and I have always gotten quality results here. Cutting, treatment, keratin care, colour, etc. They have it all here! Ray, my man is a magician! It’s all totally Worth it!
