The service department has worked on my vintage (1990) E350 motor home twice now. On both occasions I was very satisfied with the work that was done. Work was started right away when I got there for my appointment. The service adviser kept me informed about progress on the diagnostic work and got my approval before proceeding with repairs. Highly recommended.

Had charging system issues on our Explorer 60 miles from the dealership. Contacted Brian Enge and he arranged a tow and loaner vehicle for us. Quick and flawless, Thank you to everyone involved. Got our vehicle back repaired 48 hours later. Excellent service.

Matt is one of the better salesmen that I have dealt with , he's friendly, courteous and very out going making him good at what he does , service is getting better at customers needs and are following through on customer saifaction. Ps I hope that service keeps up with their good work. Other than that I am very happy customer and will be looking forward to dealing with them again.

My experience here has ALWAYS been great!
The service is fast and friendly. Plus they treated me like family when i first conducted business with them. I was really impressed at how they got me into the vehicles that I wanted rather than pushing me into something that I didn't want or couldn't afford. Richard Rempel was my car dealer and and I still call him when i have any questions or need service. I haven't been let down yet!! Keep up the great work!!

I purchased a gently used F-150 in late December 2016 from Melody.
Brian Enge was the salesman involved in the sale and I must say he was excellent! It has been a very long time since I have experienced such a high level of customer service. The truck had a few minor issues when I test drove it, Dean and Brian went above and beyond to fix the issues to ensure I was satisfied.
I will definitely return to Melody next time I am vehicle shopping.
